REAL-TIME AWARENESS

See every active scene in real time.

See every active scene in real time.

Bring together compatible camera feeds in one local command center. Sentinel is being designed to anonymously track people, vehicles, packages, and movement while keeping the operator aware of active scenes, alerts, and device health.

EVENT INTELLIGENCE

Find the moment without reviewing hours of footage.

Find the moment without reviewing hours of footage.

Search a local event history by camera, time, zone, object category, confidence, or saved incident. Sentinel is being designed to preserve the relevant scene and its structured event details instead of forcing users to scrub through an entire day of continuous recording.

SPATIAL AWARENESS

Turn physical spaces into intelligent zones.

Turn physical spaces into intelligent zones.

Map camera coverage, define activity areas, establish restricted regions, and create virtual tripwires for spaces users control. Rules can then react to anonymous people, vehicles, packages, schedules, and directional movement.

AUTOMATED RESPONSE

Automate the response, not just the recording.

Automate the response, not just the recording.

Build understandable if-then rules using detected object types, zones, schedules, severity levels, recording actions, and notifications. Sentinel is being designed to turn meaningful activity into clear, configurable responses.

INTELLIGENT STORAGE

Preserve what matters. Let the rest expire.

Preserve what matters. Let the rest expire.

Sentinel’s planned Storage Governor prioritizes meaningful events instead of saving endless footage. Scene Capsules, configurable pre-roll and post-roll, storage forecasts, retention limits, duplicate suppression, and automatic cleanup are designed to keep recording practical—even on systems with limited free space.

BRING YOUR OWN DEVICES

Your cameras. Your storage. Your intelligence.

Your cameras. Your storage. Your intelligence.

Project Sentinel is being designed as an intelligence layer for compatible cameras and devices users already own. The product direction avoids a proprietary camera ecosystem and mandatory cloud recording, giving users control over hardware, processing, retention, and local storage.

Hardware independent

Use compatible built-in cameras, USB cameras, and future supported network camera sources rather than being locked into Valkyron hardware.

Local-first processing

The product direction prioritizes on-device detection, anonymous tracking, and event analysis without requiring raw video to be continuously uploaded.

Storage users control

Choose retention, recording mode, storage location, automatic cleanup, and protected incidents.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Useful awareness without building identity profiles.

Useful awareness without building identity profiles.

Project Sentinel is being planned around temporary anonymous track IDs rather than named-person identification. Recording, snapshots, audio, retention, and data-sharing behavior should remain visible and controlled by the user.

No facial recognition in the initial product direction · Temporary anonymous tracking IDs · Recording controlled by the user · Optional face blurring for saved scenes · Configurable retention and deletion · No mandatory cloud recording
